If you are not satisfied with a product from LinenSource, just follow the steps below.
Items may be returned within 45 days of receipt, in original condition, for an exchange or refund
(excluding any discounts and delivery charges). Sorry, but monogram items cannot be returned.
Use our easy FedEx label or insure any Parcel Post shipment. No COD's or Outside Contractor packaging
or shipping charges will be accepted.
Just follow these 5 simple steps:
- Complete the return/exchange section on the back of your packing slip.
- Package the item(s) in a sturdy carton enclosing the packing slip.
- Securely attach the enclosed prepaid return authorization label to the outside of the carton.
- Give the carton to your postal carrier, take it to the post office or take it to The FedEx Office™
closest to you. To find your closest center visit http://www.fedex.com. We will charge a $7.95 return package fee
for each label used regardless of the weight or size of the package. Charges will be deducted from your refund/credit.
- Keep a copy of your FedEx® package tracking number and you can easily follow the progress of your package by
going to http://www.fedex.com.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return once we have received it.
